Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine therapeutic needs and treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group, family, and individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide array of mental health issues, fostering personal growth, and improving emotional well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to dental, vision, and health insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and administrative support for billing and documentation processes to reduce your workload. You will also receive client referrals to help build your caseload.
