Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans, ensuring that all client needs are met.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy tailored to individual client scenarios.

• Engage with clients via video calls to create a safe and supportive virtual environment that encourages open communication.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care and maximize client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) to comply with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care, participating in professional development and continuing education workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and relational conflicts. Your role is critical in aiding clients to develop coping strategies and achieve emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and possess strong organizational skills.

• Strong comprehension of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blissful Balance Hub offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
