Work Environment\n

This remote position leverages telehealth technology, allowing counselors to connect with clients wherever they feel most comfortable. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions to support client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas is required.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
