Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to each person's needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing clients’ progress and making necessary adjustments to meet their goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing clients with a community for support, understanding, and shared experiences.

• Help clients cultivate effective coping strategies, enhance life skills, and navigate transitions to promote overall mental wellness.

• Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic, well-rounded approach to client care and treatment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
