Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds, treatment needs, and goals, maintaining a non-biased and empathetic approach.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy strategies and treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health, including innovative methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group settings, ensuring a client-centered focus.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing EMR software to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training sessions, remaining updated on contemporary research and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Clients may come from various backgrounds and present a wide array of personal challenges. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and recovery. Sensitivity to cultural and societal factors influencing clients' experiences will enhance your practice and clients’ outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

St Monica Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding salary, our generous benefits package includes:
