Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
