Work Environment\n

This position will be fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our comprehensive telehealth platform. Your workspace will be at home or another comfortable setting of your choice, where you can effectively conduct therapy sessions via secure video calls. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while upholding client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide holistic support for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients may have limited access to mental health services, and your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap and providing essential support. You will have the opportunity to accommodate a variety of caseloads based on your specialty, interests, and availability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a community mental health setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with various populations.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the socio-economic challenges faced by communities in Texas will be an asset.

• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic approaches or interventions will be beneficial.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
