Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards set forth by the state of Texas.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment plan that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Snowline Counseling Services, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate support and guidance to clients who may feel isolated or underserved in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
