This position will be conducted completely through a telehealth framework, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both our clients and our counselors. You will utilize our advanced telehealth platform to conduct private, secure sessions that maintain client confidentiality while reaching individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to understand the client's mental health history, needs, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that leverage current psychological methodologies tailored to each client’s specific challenges and circumstances.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to facilitate effective sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in counseling to enhance service delivery and continually improve patient care.

• Provide ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring an adaptive approach to counseling.

• Serve as a supportive resource, remaining warm, compassionate, and engaging throughout the counseling process.

• Make referrals to other mental health professionals and community resources when clients require additional support or specialized services.

• Participate in case consultations with colleagues to enhance collective knowledge and treatment strategies.

• Document all counseling sessions accurately and timely in our integrated practice management software, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Your clients will vary in age and background, presenting a diverse array of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, and trauma, to relationship issues and life transitions. You will work closely with individuals seeking change and growth in a supportive, understanding environment, helping them overcome their obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an active LPCC and comply with all state licensing requirements.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to engender trust and rapport with clients, encouraging them to open up during sessions.

• Capability to customize treatment plans based on the unique needs and feedback of each client.
\n
• Willingness to collaborate and refer clients to allied healthcare providers for holistic support.

Preferred Experience\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, along with clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, with additional incentives, including a sign-on bonus.
