Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions that are evidence-based and outcome-focused, adjusting methodologies based on real-time client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, including participation in case reviews and team meetings to optimize treatment strategies.

• Monitor client progress closely and maintain detailed records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, based on individual experience and expertise.
