Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to develop personalized therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific client needs.

• Implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment approaches that address all aspects of client wellness.

• Document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. This position requires a keen understanding of different client backgrounds and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet each individual's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a proven track record of providing effective therapeutic interventions.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
