Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand the mental health status of clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents presenting with varying mental health concerns. This role requires a commitment to addressing social determinants of health and ensuring equitable access to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience delivering mental health services.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and a solid understanding of empirical treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and technological tools that promote efficient patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from:
