Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules while working from the comfort of their homes. With an operational window of 7 am - 10 pm, seven days a week, our team members can accommodate their personal commitments while ensuring that our clients receive therapy at convenient times. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, conducting comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy across various client demographics.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to keep abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. The LPC will be responsible for developing treatment plans that incorporate the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of experience in counseling within a clinical context, providing direct therapeutic services to clients.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health counseling.
