Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Teletherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Regularly monitoring and adjusting therapeutic strategies to address the evolving needs of your clients.

• Facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and team members, to promote comprehensive care.

• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client progress and collaborating on care strategies.

• Documenting client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly reports while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting follow-up interviews and home visits as necessary to ensure ongoing support and care.

• Contributing to team training sessions that equip staff with the necessary skills to implement treatment plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing various demographics, including adults and youth experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
