Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, group, couple, and family therapy.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Participate in team meetings and workshops to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
