Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging with individuals, couples, families, and groups through virtual sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address diverse client challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care that supports our clients' overall wellness.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and best practices.

• Stay updated on advancements in mental health therapy by actively participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and relevant training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing our telehealth platform, you will provide accessible and flexible support tailored to the unique challenges each client faces.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations associated with counseling practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
