Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the needs of clients through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific mental health issues.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
