Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and sharing tentative schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure timely support and monitoring of work advancement.

• Coordinating in-home visits focusing on therapeutic interventions, which may involve direct observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews.

• Implementing and ensuring adherence to the program plan effectively, making necessary adjustments based on patient progress and feedback.

• Participating in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and patient care.

• Documenting progress through detailed monthly and quarterly notes to track patient development and adapt care plans accordingly.

• Organizing training sessions for fellow staff and team members to guarantee competence in implementing the program plan and documentation standards.

• Providing ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to address any evolving needs of each individual.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure that information is readily accessible for all involved parties.

• Acting as a liaison between the public and mental health community to foster development goals and community outreach.

• Assisting in creating and refining training materials that enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and appointment availability.
