Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting therapeutic relationships while ensuring adherence to all professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish baseline treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and therapy goals.

• Hold regular follow-up sessions to assess progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, facilitating client participation in discharge processes when appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring timely updates for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients presenting with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following postgraduate studies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Spence Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualification.
