Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mountain Springs Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients in need of mental health support, documenting progress in aligned therapy charts.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify which patients may require specialty mental health services and which can be treated within the primary care setting.

• Initiating follow-up assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and making necessary adjustments based on patient feedback.

• Developing and implementing relapse prevention strategies to help patients maintain their stability and navigate challenges.

• Detecting at-risk patients and formulating proactive plans to address potential deteriorations in their mental health status.

• Coordinating services across various health providers, respecting the patient's preferences and integrating care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
