Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LPC will involve a variety of responsibilities focused on providing quality mental health support to our patients. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough patient intakes that include detailed diagnostic and functional evaluations, then advising primary care providers on treatment goals and plans.

• Providing brief, focused interventions tailored to each patient's unique mental health needs and ensuring appropriate follow-up care.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to assess which Patients would benefit from continued support within the primary care setting versus specialty mental health facilities.

• Developing relapse prevention plans for Patients needing assistance in maintaining emotional stability and functional capabilities.
\n
• Capturing and documenting client progress and any relevant diagnostic information accurately into treatment charts.
\n
• Working alongside primary care teams to support behavioral changes and healthier lifestyle choices among Patients with physical and emotional disorders.
\n
• Providing educational resources and self-management strategies to equip Patients with the tools necessary for active participation in their treatment and recovery.

• Engaging with clinic management and other interdisciplinary team members in behavioral service consultations and program evaluations.
\n
• Collaborating on strategies to help Patients adhere to medical treatments initiated by their primary care providers, especially in managing medication-related side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse population, predominantly comprised of adults and families grappling with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of how various mental health conditions impact individuals, families, and the broader community. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This LPC role offers competitive compensation, with an impressive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
