Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs, histories, and treatment goals, forming the basis for effective treatment plans.

• Evidence-Based Therapy: Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that the approach aligns with the individual needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
