Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health by utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to understand their concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Document all counseling sessions comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system, tracking client progress and modifying treatment strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all facets of clients' health.

• Uphold and maintain the confidentiality and security of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field that emphasizes therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
