Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient intakes, including diagnostic evaluations, and making informed recommendations for treatment plans.

• Delivering focused interventions for patients requiring immediate mental health services.

• Recommending whether patients should remain within the primary care framework or be referred to specialist services.

• Initiating follow-up contact to assess patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Developing relapse prevention plans to help patients maintain stability and provide resources to support them in their journey.

• Monitoring patient interactions with various healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care, involving consultations with external agencies as needed.

• Documenting patient progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
