As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our treatment center, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences among clients, fostering peer support and connection.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients explore their thoughts and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and set actionable goals.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that are both holistic and goal-oriented, tailored specifically to each client's unique needs.

• Monitoring client progress through a variety of assessment tools, adapting therapeutic approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team consisting of fellow therapists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Documenting all interactions and therapy sessions in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and facilitating seamless care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges. You will support clients as they work through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties, and help them cultivate healthier coping mechanisms while navigating the transition to adulthood.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years’ clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on youth and young adult populations.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Motivational Interviewing) are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health records will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
