Work Environment\n

This full-time LPC position offers a primarily remote work setting, with responsibilities conducted from our outpatient office. You'll be supported by the Assistant Director, providing you guidance and mentorship as you navigate your responsibilities and hone your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ objectives, preferences, and challenges, laying the foundation for personalized rehabilitation programs.

• Design, implement, and maintain individualized rehabilitation plans that consider clients’ educational backgrounds, aptitudes, physical capabilities, and career aspirations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists—to ensure integrated care and effective program implementation.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate case files for each client, documenting personal information, eligibility criteria, insurance details, services rendered, and communication records.
\n
• Consistently monitor client progress towards their rehabilitation goals through appropriate documentation and evaluations, making modifications as necessary for continued effectiveness.

• Facilitate open communication with clients during job training and occupational placement activities, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
\n
• Involve family members and support systems in the care process, identifying and building on their strengths to better meet client needs.
\n
• Analyze and report client needs, making timely recommendations and referrals to additional resources when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and life transitions, as they seek to improve their emotional well-being and regain self-sufficiency. Our emphasis is on personalized care that respects the individuality of each client, enabling them to achieve their goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated experience treating individuals with mental health disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• A collaborative approach, showcasing a strong desire to facilitate positive change within your client population.

• Proficient clinical skills in methods such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, including thorough documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or who possess specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably. Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to engage in supervision sessions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
