Key Responsibilities\nIn your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

- Conducting detailed initial assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, particularly focusing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). \n
- Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and facilitate integrated treatment pathways. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records that comply with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring high standards of practice and accountability. \n
- Staying updated with advances in mental health research and attending workshops that contribute to professional development and enhance therapeutic practices. \n
You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- An active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado is essential. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is preferred. \n
- Demonstrated knowledge of ethical counseling practices and legal regulations regarding mental health services. \n
