Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring clients’ confidentiality and safety.

• Participate in case consultations and treatment meetings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing professional counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
