Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic relationship while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, stability, and schedule future appointments, with appropriate discharge planning when necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand client needs and challenges.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions as part of ongoing professional development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare providers to integrate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center serves a diverse population, treating clients from varied backgrounds, including individuals, children, and families facing mental health challenges. You will engage with a wide range of therapeutic needs, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following your postgraduate studies.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments.
