Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit their specific circumstances and life situations.

• Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and relevant legal regulations.

• Continuously seek professional development through workshops, trainings, and current research to enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
