Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility, as it is a remote role, allowing you to work from virtually anywhere while interacting with clients through secure digital platforms. Our team prioritizes work-life balance, with no evening or weekend commitments. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy and manageable routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a designated caseload of clients, building rapport through active listening and empathy to establish a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress and stability, ensuring timely adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand each client’s history and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.

• Document each client’s progress in a detailed and organized manner, adhering to best practices for clinical record-keeping.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and participate in clinical supervision to enhance your skills and professional growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Understanding the unique needs and backgrounds of each client is essential as you help them navigate their therapeutic journey. Our approach focuses on empowering clients by providing them with tools and strategies to promote mental health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must hold a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in Texas.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your skills and professional experience.
