Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, discussing ongoing therapies, and planning for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
\n
• Complete timely documentation and detailed progress notes for each client to maintain accurate treatment records.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client histories and therapy needs.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, providing compassionate guidance while adapting to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Participate in individual supervision discussions to foster professional growth and to discuss complex cases.

• Collaborate with external healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted LPC license from the state of Texas is essential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and reporting.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly desired.

• A background in conducting intake assessments will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is based on a fee-for-service structure with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, so you have peace of mind with your earnings. Additional benefits include:
