Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Providing both joint therapy sessions for couples and individual sessions for each partner to address unique concerns.

• Facilitating sessions that focus on a range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Conflict resolution among family members
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Adjustments following separation/divorce
\n
• Communication difficulties and parent-child relationships

• Blended family dynamics
\n
• Job stress and medical issues

• Evaluating the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
