Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing progress assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
