Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families, both individually and together, to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address various issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, family conflicts, separation and divorce adjustments, communication barriers, and medical stressors.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote understanding and healing within family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adapting treatment plans based on careful evaluations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded support and referrals when necessary.

• Actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the field.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including adults and children navigating complex emotions and family dynamics. You will address challenges related to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license recognized in the state of Arizona.
