Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop therapeutic relationships by establishing a positive and trusting rapport with clients, ensuring an environment conducive to open communication and personal exploration.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, encompassing varied approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and more.

• Hold regular counseling sessions, engaging clients in therapeutic conversations that promote understanding and commitment to their treatment plans.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the attainment of therapeutic goals and enhance client outcomes.

• Provide referrals to specialized services when required, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations, overseeing client records and treatment progress reports.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
