Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with patients, facilitating open lines of communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to determine appropriate treatment strategies for various mental health disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of each patient and consistently monitor progress.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals and groups, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate support groups focused on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Provide referrals to additional specialists or resources as necessary, coordinating care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of individuals and families grappling with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. As an LMFT, you will develop individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, ensuring a person-centered approach that is foundational to effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Experience providing individual or group therapy is essential.
