Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be tasked with conducting both joint and individual therapy sessions for couples and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing clients’ needs and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the complexities of family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions addressing a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and understanding in blended families and during transitions like separation or divorce.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and resources for your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in supervision, peer review, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Soul Scape Healing Collective, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you'll be equipped to understand and address their unique needs, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will hold:
