Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and specific client goals, regularly adjusting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Document and track clients’ progress in therapy, using our integrated electronic health record system to ensure consistent updates and adherence to treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care through comprehensive treatment coordination.

• Advocate for clients’ rights to access appropriate mental health services, community resources, and support systems, fostering an inclusive environment for all.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical standards as established by state licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mood disorders, family relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold a current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Arizona.
