Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary focus will be on working with couples and families, delivering therapy that empowers them to overcome relational and emotional challenges. In your daily practice, you will:

• Conduct individual assessments for family members and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate joint therapy sessions to foster communication and understanding among family members.
\n
• Address a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, communication difficulties, and the complexities of blended and divorcing families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modify treatment modalities as needed to enhance client outcomes.

• Document progress and communicate effectively within our integrated care team to support holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges. This includes addressing issues related to job stress, medical concerns, and relational adjustments, allowing you to practice a comprehensive approach to therapy that celebrates diversity and seeks to understand each individual's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
