Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions with couples while also facilitating individual sessions as needed.

• Specializing in family dynamics to address specific issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, job stress, communication difficulties, and more.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that focus on achieving therapeutic goals and improving patient outcomes.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest level of clinical excellence.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress accurately and maintaining patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. You will have the opportunity to support clients dealing with:
