Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive, trusting relationship with clients, fostering a safe space for open communication and therapy.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and engaging environment for clients.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support in their mental health journey.

• Refer clients to additional specialists and resources when necessary, acting as an advocate for their comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions is a must.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your workload and adhere to administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
