Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with patients through compassionate engagement and active listening.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans that adhere to best practices in therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest level of care and responsiveness to evolving needs.

• Document clinical progress thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR) and maintain compliance with all organizational, legal, and ethical standards.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals by making referrals when specialized services are essential for a patient’s success.

Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
