Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive rapport with clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance, essential for effective treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and formulate tailored treatment plans for your clients based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing compassionate support and therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Refer clients to additional specialists or resources as needed to enhance holistic treatment approaches and support client recovery.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and integrate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a critical role in helping clients overcome barriers to their mental health by utilizing a client-centered approach and cultural competency. Qualifications\n

• An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
