Key Responsibilities\n

• Forge strong and trustworthy relationships with clients through empathetic and respectful interactions.

• Utilize clinical assessment skills to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to specialists as necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise in family and marriage counseling will be vital in assisting clients to develop effective coping strategies and healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Ability to work independently while also being a proactive member of a remote collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
