Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop professional and trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and identify appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings, adjusting techniques based on patient progress and feedback.

• Continuously evaluate and document patient progress, making amendments to treatment plans as required to achieve optimal results.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including referring patients to outside specialists when necessary.

You will work with a varied demographic, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
