Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools as needed.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, presenting treatment options, and promoting effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, reassessing treatment plans and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, discussing treatment plans and sharing client insights.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation according to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to support continuous professional development.

Your work primarily involves clients dealing with mood disorders, which may include depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n
