This full-time position allows for a flexible remote work setting, supported by a collaborative outpatient office framework. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Performing initial and ongoing mental health assessments to gauge client progress and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Creating and regularly updating individualized treatment plans that address the nuances of client situations and experiences.

• Collaborating actively with a multi-disciplinary team (including psychologists, addiction specialists, and case managers) to contribute insights to client treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Engaging with clients to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients coping with various substance use disorders and mental health challenges. This includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who may also be facing relational issues within family units and partnerships. Understanding cultural sensitivities and nuances in client backgrounds will play a vital role in your approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

Candidates are required to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of a current, valid license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
\n
• Ability to complete required pre-employment conditions, including a tuberculosis screening, background checks, and drug screening, while also committing to ongoing evaluations in line with company policy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:
