Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients, ensuring that you fully understand their concerns and circumstances to create personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, complying with ethical and legal standards to protect both client privacy and the integrity of our services.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain at the forefront of best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients in distress, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive states, trauma recovery, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

• A minimum of two years experience working with individuals experiencing emotional challenges is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to rewarding skilled counselors. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend to ensure our counselors can maintain their own well-being.
