Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaboratively create tailored strategies that support client needs.

• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external resources, to enhance care coordination.

• Adhering to organizational policies and professional ethical standards while managing sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. You will be working closely with clients who may face additional life stressors, such as socioeconomic challenges or lack of support systems, emphasizing the need for compassionate and empathetic care. Your clinical expertise will contribute to empowering clients, helping them reclaim agency over their lives and well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
